A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Photography for me became much more than just pictures during my military service. After 4 years of deployments and high-tempo training in the field, i began to feel trapped with no creative outlet, and no idea of who I was.

after i hit one of the lowest points in my life, i drove as far as i could away from my base in search of any escape from these feelings. i ended up in st. louis, where i found myself taking pictures of everything i came across as a distraction from my life as a soldier. i quickly became infatuated with thIS idea OF EXPRESSING how i see and appreciate the world we all live in together. today i am a free man making trips all across the world with close to nothing but a camera, in an attempt to learn cultures and expose beautiful pockets on our planet.

i find beauty in balance, and often times will use ying and yang as a method of photography through different colors, shapes, styles, and messages to portray how i see the photos. taking the time to look at some of my work means so much to me. thank you very much.
